This is the total amount of your sales, minus credit card fees of 2.5%. You can claim this amount at any time, and you will receive a bank transfer within 3-5 business days. The transfers are listed in the "Transactions" module.
To claim a payment, please complete the "General Informations" and "Payment Informations" sections of your Account settings.

This amount is the total of ticketing fees you collected on behalf of ePasslive while using the virtual sales desk. These fees are added on top of your items' price so you still earn the total amount of your sales (listes on the left box). You will be billed once a month on the credit card listed in your account settings. The bills are available on the "Transactions" module
